To request or ask questions about resale certificates for one of our properties, please complete the form below and submit the information requested. A representative from SAWR Owners Association, Inc. will respond.

Resale certificates will include the following documents provided by email, unless otherwise requested:

• Resale Certificate Form TREC No. 37-5
• Current Association Balance Sheet
• Current Association Operating Budget
• Current Insurance Certificates

• Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation
• Management Certificate
